- Member of the Parliamentary Delegations with China and Australia.
- Author of the following Project Appraisals on a proposal from the European Parliament: “Cohesion Fund”, “Treaty on the Association of Romania to the European Union”, “Regional development plan for Greece”


• Since June 1993, Member of Parliament at the Congress of Deputies (Madrid) representing the Popular Party (PP):

- President of the “Commission on Infrastructures and Environment” of the Spanish Congress

• Since 3 March 1996 to January 2000, elected Senator representing PP for Valencia

He is the General Manager of CODAPA Engineering & Management S.L. since it was established in 1968, with the immediate objective of increasing International Cooperation, be it through the European Union, International Monetary Fund, World Bank, or between different countries. We might also cooperate in these activities with other Engineering and Consultancy Firms from other countries.
